The machine is for soil working and for seeding. A seeding unit id fitted on the cultivator which also includes a follower roller. The seed box (6) supported so that it can move in horizontal longitudinal guides (17) of the cultivator (1) between a fron broadcast operating position and a rear seed drill operating position. The seeding machine has a drill (7) which can be exchanged for a broadcasting device.
