PREPARING METHOD OF N-(1'-ALLYL PYROLIDINYL 2'-METHYL) 2-METHOXY 4,5-AZIMIDO BENZAMIDE

1A (X = OH or C1-C2 alkoxyradical, R1, R2 = H or acyl radical) was nitrated, hydrated and diazotized to give 4,5-azimido compd(III). I was prepd. by reacting 1-allyl-2-aminomethyl pyrolidine(II) with III, or reacting reactive derivatives of II with III, or reacting reactive derivatives of II with III, or reacting reactive derivatives of II with III. I had a ED50 against apomorphine induced emesis in dogs of 5.4mg/kg s.c with decreased cataleptic side effect, compared with known antiemetics.
