<p>PURPOSE:To enable transmission regardless of the position of a travel body by relaying the transmission between the traveling body provided with a camera and a control base through an artificial satellite. CONSTITUTION:A traveling body 2, i.e., an airship provided with a camera device 1, is controlled wirelessly along an overhead line in order to photograph supporting towers 4 and wires 5 arranged along the overhead line with the camera device 1. Photograph signals and operational signals for the travel body 2 are relayed through an artificial satellite 6 to a ground control base 7.</p> |
