The applicator for spermicide is used also for additional contraceptive operations. The applicator is also used for fitting a foam rubber plug into the neck of the womb. For this purpose the applicator is positioned and the plug is inserted into womb neck by pushing the applicator handle. The applicator is equipped with a grab for plug removal. The applicator has a tube with a piston for plug and spray operation. The piston is replaced by a grap for plug removal.
