The suspension springs are mounted on a rotary framework, with coil springs on both sides of the wheel axle between the axle bearing housing and the rotary frame. Each spring supports on a movable spring plate. The spring plate (5) can pivot around a horizontal rotary axis (6) outside the lengthways centre of the screw spring (4) on the rotary frame (1) or on the axle bearing housing (2). The support on which the plate rests is a lever arm (7) running vertically to the spring plate.
