PURPOSE:To obtain magnetic characteristics surely, by, in annealing magnetic members at high temp., using separating meterial made by oxidation of specidic Cr- iron alloy so as to carry out annealing under good conditions. CONSTITUTION:In annealing magnetic members in high-temperature non-oxidizing atmosphere, separating materials, which are made by oxidation of an alloy consisting of, by wt., 10-30% Cr, 1-7% Al, one or more of Zr, Ti, Hf, Y, La, Ce, the remainder being iron, are placed between the magnetic members. By this means, because those magnetic members never come into contact with each other, and the magnetic members never come into direct contact with the separating material on account of the presence of oxide film of separating material, the magnetic members are annealed under good conditions, so that required magnetic characteristics are obtained without any inhibition. In addn., when used, the separating material is profitable by reason of its inexpensiveness and excellent durability. |
