Sprinting shoe sole of polyamide - has stability increased by moulded lateral support portions

Sprinting shoe imparting greater stability to runner both during straight and curved runs has the running sole made of hard polyamide provided with laterally extending support portions. Portions which are moulded and may be integral with the sole have harder central portions and softer front and rear portions. Softer portions may be made from a soft elastomeric material and the support portions may be profiled.
