<p>PURPOSE:To realize the simultaneity of states of all switches by arraying the switch provided with a gate input terminal, a switch circuit and a control terminal like a two-dimensional matrix. CONSTITUTION:When a trigger signal is applied to a gate input terminal G, a base current flows and the first transistor Q1 becomes ON, and its collector current is fed back to a base of the first transistor Q1 by the second transistor Q2, therefore, even if the trigger signal annihilates, a state of ON is maintained. Also, when some voltage is applied in advance to a control terminal C which has been connected to an emitter of the first transistor Q1, even if the trigger signal is applied, said transistor does not become ON since a base current does not flow, and when a higher voltage is applied, said transistor becomes ON and the first and the second transistors which have been brought to self- holding can be reset to OFF. In such a way, each of the switches have been arrayed like a two-dimensional matrix can be held in a desired state, and the simultaneity of all the switches can be realized.</p> |
