PURPOSE:To provide a constitution with which the inner loss is reduced when traffic exchange is unbalanced and message channel control is facilitated by arranging in such a way that the overflow link and T switch can be freely connected and separated. CONSTITUTION:When the traffic exchange rate between the primary T switch #1 and the secondary T switch #16 is increased, junctor highway HWJ alone may become insufficient to carry. In such a case, the traffic rate applied to T switch except that between T switch #1 and #16 is measured. For, example, if the traffic rate between T switch #1 and #K and between T switch #K and #16 is small, it is possible to save the traffic lost in junctor highway HWJI 16 by detouring the traffic rate applied between T switch #1 and #16 to the route of HW11 - HW11 K - OFLK-HWJK 16 - HW016. For the detour route, only #K is privided, but the route can be increased up to maximum of 14 depending on the traffic exchange condition. |
