PURPOSE:To easily and accurately alleviate a damping and to perform a constant speed rotation at an early stage by positively alleviating and regulating an acceleration energy of a moving load system at the end of an accelerating range. CONSTITUTION:Before moving from an accelerating range to a constant speed range, a damping attenuating regulating range is provided. This regulating range is in a range in which a driving signal having a frequency f3 lower than a frequency f1 in the accelerating range specified by f1=f(t). Thus, as designated by a broken line in a frequency-time diagram, a speed control having no upper and lower speed variations is performed. |
