<p>Tertiary amines of formula (3) wherein R1 represents methoxy, hydrogen, chlorine or fluorine; R2 represents hydrogen, or when R1 is hydrogen, R2 may be methoxy; R3 represents methyl; R4 represents ethyl; R5 represents branched or straight alkylene having from 3 to 9 carbon atoms; R6 represents branched or straight alkyl having from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, or cyclohexyl; X represents oxygen, or ethylene dioxy; and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof have a strong and prolonged spamolytic effect, also after oral administration, on the smooth musculature of the tractus gastrointestinalis, the tractus urogenitalis and the bronchial system and have a low toxicity. The compounds can be synthetized according to methods known per se and be enformulated to pharmaceutical compositions.</p> |
