PURPOSE:To obtain a fine ground surface by using a fluid drive motor controlled by a fluid control valve for a driving source which rotates a tool pole, detecting the fluid flow with a flow detector and controlling a power source for electrolysis and supply of electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A rotating shaft 1 with an inside hole 2 for supplying electrolyte is supported at upper and lower positions by bearings 3 and 4, and a tool electrode 5 is attached to its lower end. On the lower surface of the tool electrode 5, grinding materials 6 insulated from the tool electrode 5 are attached so that the tool electrode ends and the grinding materials may be arranged alternately in the direction of rotation. An air motor 16 which drives the rotating shaft 1 is connected to an air supplying device 22 via a flow detector 21, and air flow supplied to the air motor 16 through the opening of a fluid control valve 19 is detected and a power source 9 for electrolysis and the operation of an electrolyte supplier 15 are controlled. |
