<p>PURPOSE:To decrease greatly the number of the pin by installing n-units of the memory part, the circuit which delivers the output based on the chip selection signal and n-units of the comparator circuit into the same bipolar memory package. CONSTITUTION:Memory parts 20-1-20-4 are supplied chip selection signals 24-1- 24-4, common address signal 25, data-in signal 26 and write permission signal 27 respectively, and also deliver data-out signals 33-1-33-4. A pair of data selected by signals 24-1-24-4 among signals 33-1-33-4 are delivered to output pin 32 via data selector circuit 23. Signals 33-1-33-4 are compared with signal 29 applied from outside through comparator A21-1-21-4, and 1 is delivered to comparison output A30-1-30-4 when the disagreement is detected. In the same way, signals 33-1-33-4 are compared with signal 28 from outside through comparator B22-1- 22-4, and 1 is delivered to output 31-1-31-4 when the disagreement of 2-output is detected. As a result, the number of pins can be decreased greatly.</p> |
