PURPOSE:To change and process the layout of a board effectively by moving a wiring pattern connected to a pin when there is a dead wiring pattern when the position of the pin for a component is shifted, investigating the connection of the component and the pin and graphically displaying the error of release or a short circuit. CONSTITUTION:An operator moves the position of a pin by a coordinate input device 16 under the state in which the position of the pin 21 and wiring patterns 21, 22 are displayed to a display unit 17. A pin movement detector 11 obtains the direction of movement from the relationship of the magnitude of the coordinates of two points. A wiring search device 12 acquires a wiring pattern connected to the moving pin from a pin on a main memory and the map information of the wiring patterns, removes a segment related to a region composed of the before and behind positions of a shifting component, extracts a wiring channel rectangular in the direction of movement, and ensures a dead channel and starts a rewiring device. The rewiring device 13 extracts the location of the moving pin, and connects a dead channel from the position of the pin to the endpoint of a previously wired pattern. A rewiring error display unit 14 restores the wiring patterns before removal onto a map and display 17 the wiring patterns. |
