PURPOSE:To prepare a sheet having stripe patterns, etc., without using an environmentally hazardous printing ink, easily, by passing a plastic sheet together with a plastic tape having different color from that of the sheet through a laminator. CONSTITUTION:A soft plastic sheet is continuously supplied to a laminator at a rate of >=5 m/min and a soft plasic tape having different color is also supplied to the laminator parallel to the above plastic sheet and at the same speed. The tape is continuously laminated to the sheet by heating at 80-200 deg.C. EFFECT:Spark troubles caused by the metal in printing ink during weldering process can be avoided because the process is carried out without using printing ink. Color drift can also be prevented. |
