PURPOSE:To eliminate needless coupling between lines by connecting circularly four lines and a lumped constant resistance element and providing a branch line in the connection part of each line and defining the characteristic impedance and the length of each line and the resistance value of the resistance element as specific values. CONSTITUTION:Lines 10 to 13 and lumped constant resistance element 14 are connected circularly to form a closed circuit, and branch lines 7 to 9 having equivalent characteristic impedance ZO are connected to connnection points between lines 10 and 12, 10 and 11, and 12 and 13 respectively. The characteristic impedance of lines 10 to 13 is set to value Z, and the difference in line length between lines 10 and 11 and between 12 and 13 is set to 1/4 of the transmission signal wavelength. Resistance value R of lumped constant resistance element 14 is set to Z<2>/ZO. Thus, needless coupling between lines can be eliminated, and this unit can be made into a pattern in the minimum space. |
