The binder is used for holding magazines and comprises a clip which is inserted between the pages of a magazine to hold it between the binder covers, but permits its easy removal. The clip is in the form of an elongated loop, the two sides being parallel, straight and spaced apart. One end fits into a loop fixed to the binder back and forms a simple hinge. The free end of the clip is locked under a spring clip which is also attached to the back of the binder.
