PURPOSE:To prevent the crack initiation and not to bring out scattering accident of turbine blade, by using inconel base welding rod at the welding of turbine blade basic material and stellite anticorrosive plate. CONSTITUTION:Welding of the turbine blade basic material 1 and the stellite anticorrosive plate 2, is carried out by using inconel base welding rod based nickel. In case of necessity, shot peening processing of suitable width part of the material 1 and the plate 2, is carried out along weld line centering the deposited inconel part 5 at the side face of the turbine blade. |
