Plate warmer for self service restaurants - with plates supported on wheeled trolley fitted into insulated enclosure

The plate warmer is mainly for use in self service restaurants and has an enclosure(4) with three lateral insulated walls and some means of heating. The plates(7) are supported on a trolley(8) with wheels(10). This has a vertical insulated wall(14) that fits into the open side of the enclosure. The wheels are fitted to a chassis(9) which is lower than the base of the enclosure. The frame(12) to support the plates is fixed to the insulated wall so that it fits into the enclosure.
