PURPOSE:To permit the cover film to be peeled off precisely, uniformly and efficiency at a predetermined interval by providing a wire pay-off means, an oscillable cutter lever, a member for opening the blade and a means for detecting the extend of feed. CONSTITUTION:A flange section of a rotative shaft 7 having a central see-through hole 6, through which a wire 1 is passed, carries pivotally supported cutter levers 14 spaced apart at an interval of 120 degrees and each carrying a roller 17 provided at the rear end. The left end of the shaft 7 is provided with a stopper 18 adjustable with a screw for regulating the inward movement of the cutter levers 14. The rollers 17 are provided on a conical surface 21 of a drum 19 having a groove 22 and slidably fitted on the shaft 7, and an on-off lever 23 coupled to the output shaft of an air cylinder 26 is coupled to the groove 22. In this way, it is possible to peel off the cover film percisely, uniformly and efficiency with a combination of a pay-off roller, a rotary encoder, an air cylinder controller circuit, a tension roller rotational displacement detector and so forth. |
