Dog droppings catching implement - has bag with neck draw string carried in hinged holding frame at end of telescopic pole

The implement is for catching dog droppings. It has a pole (1) with a holding frame (3) at one end, the frame receiving a releasable pickup bag (4). The pole (1) is telescopic, and the frame (3) is fixed at an obtuse angle to its longitudinal axis in the working position. The frame pref. consists of two hinged arms (7, 8) which can be spread apart against a spring (11). The bag has a closing string (6) underneath the neck which includes a rigid locating flange.
