PURPOSE:To attain data transmission reception while isolating electronic computers electrically and to avoid undesired limit of the installation environment by connecting input/output signals between the electronic computers by an optical cable. CONSTITUTION:Direct couplers 50, 51 consist of light emitting elements 23, 24, photodetectors 25, 26, diodes 27a, 27b, 28a, 28b, the input/output signal between electronic computers 1, 2 is converted into an optical signal and they are connected by optical fiber cables 15a, 15b and a drive power supply converting the electric signal into an optical signal is supplied from respective control output signal lines 6, 7. Thus, while isolating the electronic computers electrically apart from each other, the data is sent/received and the necessity of both the electronic computers supplied by one and same power supply and the necessity of the connection of both the electronic computers by a ground wire are avoided. Since no special external drive power supply is required, the undesired limit of the installation environment is avoided. |
