<p>PURPOSE:To permit the washing of substances adhered to the inside of tray tower simply and easily in a short time by providing a connecting path with a valve for circulating washing liquor which connects between the upper part and lower part of tray tower on the outside of the tower and at the same time by providing a gas injection hole at the lower part of the tower. CONSTITUTION:At the time of washing waste gas, the valve 7 and the gas injection hole 14 are closed, and the liquor charging valve 9, the liquor exhaust valve 11, and the waste gas injection valve 18 are opened to wash waste gas in a countercurrent vapor-liquor contact manner. As the washing efficiency is lowered by the blinding of perforated plate 2, the inside of the tray tower 1 is washed, in which a liquour is supplied from the liquor charging pipe 8 by closing the liquor exhaust valve 11 and the gas injection valve 18 to the tower, and then gas is injected by opening the valve 7 and the gas injection valve 14 into the lower part of the perforated plate 2 at the lowest stage. The gas thus injected rises up in bubbles dispersed by the cap 13, and the bubbles rises up the liquor level in the tower 1 and thus the liquor goes down the connecting path 6 for circulation, performing the washing of the inside of the tower 1.</p> |
