PURPOSE:To improve productivity of mushrooms by simple small-scale facilities by subjecting mushroom to water culture. CONSTITUTION:Water is supplied by bringing water into contact with fungi from the bottom of a mushroom bed. Water is automatically and properly sucked up by capillary action of the mushroom bed itself and physiological action of fungi. Water into the bottom of the mushroom bed is circulated and preferably blended with nutrients effective for growth of fungi. A well-known water culture device may be diverted to this water culture. |
