An injectable solution containing a prolamine e.g. zein, gliadin and hordein is provided for the closure of organs, their duct systems or blood vessels in animals and humans. The solutions may also contain specific pancreas inhibitors, antimicrobials, cytostatics, radioactives and X-ray contrast media e.g. sodium amidotrizoate, sodium acetriozate, sodium 2-iodohipparate and amidotrizoic acid. |
