<p>The toner powder for the photocopier is taken from a hopper feed reservoir (VR) and dropped onto the feed to the developer by a series of holes (01) in the bottom of the hopper. The holes are covered by a slotted slider which reciprocates over the hopper holes and thus prevents formation of clumps of toner. Agitator paddles (GS) are attached to the reciprocating slider, which is moved by a solenoid (HM). The slider can be oscillated rapidly to set the dosing level for the powder, which is dispensed in a mixed, agitated form.</p> |
