Building facade profiled section prodn. - uses template with plaster pulled along hard foam profiled section

The process produces profiled sections such as window and door enclosures for the external facades to buildings. A previously-shaped profiled section, of the desired shape, and of hard foam material, is used (4). To this a coating, 2-6 mm thick, is applied of plaster contg. synthetic resin, consisting of sand, synthetic resin binder, and cement, using a template (6) of complementary section pulled over the foam material in the lengthwise direction of the latter. The mass of plaster (8) is placed in front of the template, and the lengthwise movement can be repeated several times if necessary.
