HIGH-TEMPERATURE RESISTANT ISOCYANURATE FOAMS

Isocyanurate foams which retain their physical properties at high temperatures are prepared by the reaction of a polymeric polyisocyanate and certain polyoxyethylene polyols in the presence of a blowing agent and a 1,3,5-tris(N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl)-s-hexahydrotriazine trimerization catalyst. The resulting foams are particularly useful in high temperature insulation applications.
