PURPOSE:To provide a tape maker for wire-cut discharge cutting machines, which is capable of automatically correcting the error between the arc radius on drawing and that of the work to be machined actually when NC tape is made. CONSTITUTION:For eliminating the error component between the arc radius on drawing 12 and that of the work 2 to be machined actually, said error component is stored as data table in a computor 14 and converted into a correction value of radius so that the radius obtained through the machining made in accordance with radius input is correct for making NC tape 15. When fed to a tape maker 13, the information of machining shape 12 of drawing is automatically programmed by said computor 14 and said NC tape 15 is made up in accordance with the output of said information. |
