<p>The cine drive motor has a single phase condenser motor for normal drive. A slow projection speed is obtained by switching in a diode (16) into the current supply. The motor torque is not affected. The switch can be ganged to switch in a second capacitor, for finer torque control. The speed control can be a single control for fast and slow drive, in either direction. It enables the user to search for particular frames in either direction.</p> |
