PURPOSE:To facilitate the operation of the large scale and complex power system, by using the indirect control signal as the transmission signal to the power system controller thereby reducing the amount of signal to the controller. CONSTITUTION:Indirect control signal for operating, stopping, switching, etc. is transmitted from the commander 1 to the controllers 2a-2n for the power system 3, and converted to the direct control signal to determine the objective machinery and its control sequence while considering the constitution and the state of real power system 3. The power system 3 is operated by said direct control signal. With such arrangement the amount of signal from the commander 1 to the controllers 2a-2n can be reduced thereby the operation of the large scale and complex power system can be facilitated as much. |
