First, an intermediate product consisting of building material is produced, in which the two outer layers (1, 2) are connected via building material bridges. Inner building material bridges are either removed prior to the foaming-in of the insulating composition (3) or are separated by the expanding insulating composition (3), or else building material bridges are formed outside the joint-side delimiting surfaces, and they are removed after hardening of the insulating composition (3).
