Filter bag for coffee percolator - has sides with glued turned-in edges to facilitate opening of folded bag

A filter bag for use with a coffee percolator is made so that it fits inside a funnel shaped receptacle. The bag is supplied folded flat and has to be opened out before use. Each side of the bag is made with turned-in edges which are then glued to each other. This method of assembly leaves a slight gap between the sides of the bag which facilitates opening.
