Gingerbread spreading machine - with shallow concave openings on drum periphery for applying dough on wafers

A machine to apply dough on prepared wafers in the mfr. of spiced honey cake (Lebkuchen) includes a drum with several openings on the periphery to accept a wafer. On passing a dough funnel under pressure the concave space over the wafer is filled with dough. The capacity of this machine can be increased by arranging several lines of openings on a wide drum. It is easier to clean than a plate chain design.
