PURPOSE:To increase heat conductivity between a cooling pipe and cooling plates by interposing a sheet comprising carbon powder and a binder or an expanded graphite sheet between divided two cooling plates and the cooling pipe, then assembling them. CONSTITUTION:An expanded graphite sheet 10 is interposed between facing surfaces of cooling plates 7, 8 and between facing surfaces of grooves 7a, 8a of the cooling plates and a cooling pipe 9 to fill up the gaps between the cooling plates 7, 8 and the gaps between grooves 7a, 8a and the cooling pipe 9. As the expanded graphite sheet 10, for example, a graphite sheet used as a gasket is used. A very thin sheet capable of compensating machining errors of the cooling plates 7, 8, their grooves 7a, 8a, and the pipe 9 is used. A sheet comprising carbon powder and a binder may be used in place of the expanded graphite sheet. |
