<p>PURPOSE:To miniaturize a display unit, and also to improve its reliability bridge- connecting several wiring layers via a bonding wire jumping at least one layer in the middle among them. CONSTITUTION:On electric insulating substrate 20 of ceramic, glass, epoxy, or the like, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd wiring layers 11, 12 and 13 of Au are formed. At the time when the 1st wiring layer 11 is connected to the 3rd wiring layer 13 jumping the 2nd wiring layer 12, solder resist layer 30 of an electric insulating layer is adhered first to an expected region where bonding wire 14 passes on the 2nd wiring layer 12. Then, the 1st wiring layer 11 and the 3rd wiring layer 13 are connected together by using bonding wire 14 bridging over this resist layer 30, thereby allowing the 2nd wiring layer 12 to jump. Consequently, wire 14, even if deforming, and the 2nd wiring layer 12 will not come in electric contact.</p> |
