PURPOSE:To increase the number of production in one vapor deposition even for large diaphragms, enhance efficiency, lower cost and make large volume production simple by winding the wires comprising depositing B on the outside circumference of W wires in diaphragm shape. CONSTITUTION:An epoxy resin or the like is coated on a wire material 2 comprising depositing B on the outside of W wires by a CVD process or the like. After this wire material 2 is wound on the outside peripheral surface of a conical trapezoidal form die 1, it is secured. The secured wire 2 is removed from the die 1, whereby a cone-type diaphragm is obtained. Thereby, the diaphragms of high specific modulus for large size speakers, particularly woofers or the like, are large voluminously produced at low cost. |
