<p>Electrical connection is provided between the casing (1) of an electric motor and a terminal (5) of its brush gear by a generally U- shaped electrically conductive bridge piece (13) having a first portion (16) inserted into the terminal aperture (8) by which the terminal extends through the end cap (7) of the casing and a second portion (14) inserted between engaging portions of the end cap and casing.
