A shuttless loom in which weft was inserted into a formed warp shed by a fluid (water or gas) was described. The weft yarn was drawn from at least two sources in such a way that a group of weft yarns was inserted from the second source. The weft was selectively fed by a program controlled driven feed roll(10,11) and an associated fluid jet nozzle.
