<p>PLUG COCK This invention provides, in a plug cock which includes a body and a plug rotating inside the body, a plug construction which involves a cylindrical body with two opposite axial ends, pivoting about a pivot axis perpendicular to the cylindrical axis. Through the cylindrical body a conduit passes for the passage of fluid, the direction of the conduit being perpendicular to both of the axes already mentioned. The cylindrical body is extended, at at least one of its two axial ends, by a spherical portion of revolution about the axis of the cylindrical body.</p> |
