The invention relates to compounds of the general formula I <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 and R2 independently of one another are C1-C8-alkyl, C5-C8-cycloalkyl or C7-C9-aralkyl, R3 is -CN or a group either of the formula II or III -(CnH2n)-COOR4(II) or -[(CnH2n)-COO]qMq+(III) wherein n is 0 to 6, R4 is C1-C24-alkyl, phenyl, or alkyl-substituted phenyl having 1-12 C atoms in the alkyl moiety, Q IS 1, 2 OR 3, Mq+ is H+ or a mono-, bi- or trivalent metallic cation, and X1 and X2 are -O- or -S-, which are suitable as antioxidants and light stabilizers for organic material.
