PURPOSE:To make the degree of close connection between both molds uniform without making the whole constituent rigidity so high, by a method wherein a bottom force is mold-registered with a top force by a lift actuator and a mold clamping actuator is actuated by inserting a spacer between a transfer device and the mold clamping actuator. CONSTITUTION:A bottom force 6 is mold-registered with a top force 5 by raising the bottom force 6 with lift actuators 8, 8. In this instance, also a transfer device 7 is raised and separated by amount of a stroke S. Thus, a spacer 10 is moved in the direction of an arrow A and positioned between the mold clamping actuator 9 and transfer device 7 by actuating the actuator 11 for the spacer. Then thrust force of the actuator 9 is transmitted to the transfer device 7, a fitting surface 7b and a movable plate 4 through the spacer 10 and both the forces 5, 6 are clamped down by actuating the mold clamping actuator 9. In this instance, a fitting surface 7b of the transfer device 7 to a moving plate 4 is formed so that the same becomes similar figures with a mating surface (f) between the top and bottom forces 5, 6. |
