PURPOSE:To omit the operation switch and the wiring and thus to reduce the cost down greatly by securing the detachable structure of the external memory unit memorizing the diagnosis routine and others to the main body of the electronic computer device. CONSTITUTION:Diagnosis unit 3 containing diagnosis external memory unit 4 is constructed detachably to main body 1 of the electronic computer device via connector 2. The n-address of unit 4 is read out, and the information is the predetermined fixed information such as ''55'' (01010101). In this case, CPU5 decides that unit 3 has been connected to connector 2, and then the diagnosis routine of unit 4 is executed automatically. While if the n-address information is ''00'', CPU5 decides that unit 3 is not connected to connector 2. Thus, the computer process routine is executed. |
