The device was composed of two shutter wings(4,5), two magnets(12,22) and an electric circuit including retarding timer(T). The magnet(12) opens the shutters which can be rotated at a specified angle and exposing the printing paper through opening(2). The closing action is retarded by the retarding timer which compensates for the lack of exposure when large character images are taken so that the images are distinct.
