<p>NEW MATERIAL:Imidazole derivatives of formula I (Y is OH, amino or alkoxy) and their salts. EXAMPLE:4-Carbamoyl-5-hydroxy-1H-imidazole-2-acetic methyl ester. USE:They have action strengthening immunity. Remedy for intractable diseases as collagen disease, immunotherapy for tumors, remedy and preventive for infections caused by virus, bacteria and helminths. PREPARATION:The reaction between an imide eater, its salt of formula II (Y' is amino or alkoxy; A is iminomethylene having substituents on carbon atom), and aminomalonamide is effected in an organic solvent as methoanl, of THF, when necessary, followed by alcoholysis to yield the imdazole derivative and its salt of formula I.</p> |
