<p>PURPOSE:To make possible easy checking of semiconductor voltage regulators, rectifiers and auxiliary rectifiers while being held mounted with generators by so arranging the inspector that the change of applied voltage to the semiconductor voltage regulator or the change of the external connection terminal voltage of the auxiliary rectifier may be selectively displayed. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement is so made that an AC generator 1 built in with a semiconductor voltage regulator 2 is supplied with power from a battery 9 from between terminals B, E with an AC generator 1 being held mounted to a vehicle, and an inspector 16 is connected between terminals L, S and the harness from a charging displaying lamp 7 and battery 9. To check the voltage regulator 2, current is flowed to a field coil 4 via resistance 25 with the generator 1 being held stopped and from the change in the voltage of the terminal S by a voltmeter 26, the presence or not of trouble of the voltage regulator 2 is judged. To check 3-phase full wave rectifiers 5a thru 5f and auxiliary rectifiers 6a thru 6c, a changeover switch 24 is changed over and with the generator 1 being kept revolving, the voltage of the terminal L is read with the voltmeter 26, whereby the presence or not of trouble is judged.</p> |
