PURPOSE:To use electric power effectively, by suppressing emplyed power within contracted power by demand monitoring and preventing making and breaking over neccessary load. CONSTITUTION:Each signal of ON-OFF state of current transformer 2 for measuring instrument, current transformer 3, energy meter 6 and load breakers CB2, CB3 ... is input to the central treating device 8, and load breaker is opened and closed through sequence device 7, by treating with this device. In this central treating device, employing amount at arriving time of demad period in the present load is estimated, when demand value is over, from this estimated value, alarm signal is issued, when surplus is existed, by comparison of the maximum allowable power, each load power registered data of load group at residula time, making in each load and making by combination of a plurality number of loads and a plurality number of load groups are judged, the result is memorized, and that is impossible to be made is treated such that request for making is made to be cancelled till next estimation period. |
