发明名称 HEAT SENSITIVE RECORDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve the improvement in recording speed by using the one which is directly formed with resistance layer at the end of recording electrode as a heat sensitive recording head. CONSTITUTION:A heat sensitive recording head 211 comprising securing a resistance layer 22 composed of low melting point glass powder, copper powder or carbon short fibers to the end of a ceramic-made insulation tube 28 and securing a recording electrode 21 in its inside via solder layer 29 is formed. The heat sensitive recording head 211 and return circuit electrode 26 are then placed on the heat sensitive recording paper 212 composed of base paper 25 and heat sensitive layer 24, via aluminum foil 23 as a conductive layer, and a voltage is applied from a recording power source 27, whereby the dots of recording densities of specified optical densities are recorded on the heat sensitive recording paper 212. Since this does not require any material of large areas such as heating sheet, the aluminum foil 23 as a conductive layer may be straightly used and an inorganic compound of good thermal stability may be used for the resistance layer 22, thus recording speed may be improved by turning on large input in a short time.
