The contact sleeve has restrictions for obtaining the desired connection. Inside the sleeve over its entire length are projections for penetrating through the insulation of the conductors in the sleeve for electric contacting. The inner width of the contact sleeve (1) limited by the free end of the sleeve projections (2') is enlarged towards the sleeve openings. The free ends of the inwards pointing projections limit an envelope surface, defined by the rotation of chain lines round the sleeve axis. Preferably the projections are arranged inside the sleeve on a spiral. The diametrally opposite sleeve walls are mutually parallel.
