<p>The time multiplexing system, for several independent radio links, can have voice signals fed to the transmitter regardless of the point in time at which the radio link is due for transmission. This is accomplished by, using a buffer memory into which the voice signals are written for reading out later when transmission via its associated link can occur. The reading speed is higher than the writing speed. Conversely the receiver may have a buffer memory from which signals are read at a higher speed than they are written into it.</p> |
